got myself an ethernet cable. doesnt seem that much faster while surfing at all. hmm. guess it’s just the con of subscribing to Singtel. but i cant even do Starhub at all. roar!
did an “Erase and install” reformat of my mac. surprisingly, my windows partition is still there, untouched. now my mac is spanking clean! for a spanking clean mac, i wouldnt mind having an empty itunes library. sigh. it’s gonna be such a pain to slowly put back all my songs AND apps. ihateyouapple. cant you just cut us some slack on this one?
It felt almost like a year for June to crawl past, but now July’s over already. :S The lady that i’m covering just did her last day yesterday before going off to give birth and enjoy her 4 months of maternity leave. which mean… HELL STARTS ON MONDAY. and you know what, im taking half day off on Monday cos of the slash gig! it’s keith’s grand idea. tsk.
and i’m also taking half day off on tues cos im gonna go get Steph from the airport! weeee.. i hope she gets me a really cool toy from Japan! better yet, i hope i can even manage to meet up with her! didnt get to ask her exact flight details before she left for Japan. well done mel.
so anyways, i will prolly have a lot of OT to do when i get back on wednesday. so far, i still kinda like work. i guess im quite lucky to be able to work with some nice people, which makes me dread less to waking up in the morning.
